As a leading supplier of secure, fraud-protected educational certificates, we have worked with the University of Gibraltar for several years to design and create the academic transcripts and certificates for their first graduation ceremony. Founded in 2015, the University of Gibraltar is an educational institution that is committed to high-quality teaching and learning, academic freedom as well as to the sustainable development of Gibraltar. The University offers a variety of courses including undergraduate, postgraduate and research-level programmes. In December 2020, the University held its first ever graduation ceremony. As a celebratory moment for students and staff, the ceremonies also marked a moment in history for Gibraltar. Initially, the University was approached by one of our Account Managers who advised on our educational offerings. From here, the University was also sent a variety of samples of our previous work for them to consider. This step was especially important for the University as the design and creation of their products were to be starting from scratch. Through providing this example work along with regular communication, we were able to find out exactly what the customer would like and send various proofs for them to consider. Various templating and testing took place, as we were not only designing and printing their base stock certificates but infilling the students information as well. Every design element was sent to the dedicated team at the University to get their feedback. Any amendments that were suggested, our in-house design studio would make and re-send promptly for approval. We worked extremely well together in terms of proofing back and forth in order to get the final approval in plenty of time before the Graduation Ceremony in December 2020.
